TheRealJKel reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with the stated policy. We are not liable for any items returned without prior authorization, nor for shipping delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Non-returnable items and exceptions are clearly defined and not subject to dispute. This Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy before making a purchase. All decisions regarding returns and refunds are made at the sole discretion of TheRealJKel and are considered final.

Refund Process
If your refund is approved:

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered

Returns submitted after 7 days from delivery

Items accurately printed per your approved designs or files

Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping costs, unless the error was caused by TheRealJKel
Refunds for Delayed Shipments
If your order has not shipped within our production timeline, you may be eligible for partial compensation:

Small orders: Eligible for up to 10% refund of product value if shipping is delayed past 7 working days from order confirmation.

Bulk orders: Eligible for up to 10% refund if delayed past 15 working days.
This does not apply if the delay was due to customer-side changes or errors (e.g., address changes, design edits).
Refund Method
All refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout. We cannot issue refunds to alternate accounts or via other payment methods.
